06. Why do you use the term Opinion?

Regardless of whom you may use for authentication, all authentication service companies provide you with an Opinion, nothing more nothing less. An opinion is an expert’s conclusion based on the available evidence and is not an absolute guarantee, but a reasoned judgment.

07. Do you accept mail-in submissions of autographed items?

No, not currently. We do, however, provide our services at trade shows and private venues. If you require personal service, please contact us. We do provide a Signature Review service where you can provide us with a clear concise photograph of your item. We will review it for genuineness based on our library of known exemplars and issue an opinion based on the dynamics of the signature(s) in question.
